Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 12 hours notice. Our Policy: If you are more than 7 mins late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, you will have to schedule another consultation with another booking fee assessed. If you miss your appointment, you will have to schedule another consultation with another booking fee assessed. There are no refunds for missed appointments. If it is an emergency beyond your control, We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. However there are no refunds for any booking fees. Lastly, If, we cancel for any reason, your appointment will be rescheduled without any additional booking fees.
