Whether you’re just beginning your self-care journey or feeling stuck and unsure about your next steps, this 15-minute virtual clarity session offers intentional space to pause, reflect, and get grounded support. This session is designed to help you gain clarity — not overwhelm — and to identify what kind of care, tools, or support will truly serve you right now. During this session, we will: ✔ Discuss your current self-care challenges and concerns ✔ Get clear on what kind of support you actually need ✔ Explore which She Selfish services align with your goals ✔ Identify next steps in a calm, pressure-free way Investment: $25 This investment may be applied toward any She Selfish service booked within 48 hours. Held virtually for your convenience. This session is not therapy. This is not venting. This is clarity, intention, and direction.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your time and well-being are important to us, and so is ours. To ensure we can offer focused, intentional care to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Booking fees are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your session. In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new booking fee will apply. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule. No refunds are issued for missed appointments. Emergencies In the case of an emergency beyond your control, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. However, booking fees remain non-refundable. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring these policies, which help us maintain a respectful, balanced experience for everyone.
