Service Description
Selfish & Safe: A Teen’s Guide to Sexual Health is a private, 1-on-1 virtual educational session designed to provide teens ages 13–19 with accurate, empowering, and judgment-free sexual health information in a safe and supportive space. Sexual health education should be informative, respectful, and accessible, and this session meets teens where they are without shame, pressure, or fear. This session focuses on education and awareness, not therapy, and is centered on helping teens build knowledge, confidence, and responsibility around their bodies, boundaries, and relationships. During the session, teens will receive: ✔ Personalized, judgment-free sexual health education ✔ Clear guidance on consent, STI awareness and prevention, and protection ✔ Age-appropriate information about reproductive health ✔ Support in understanding healthy relationships and personal boundaries ✔ Encouragement to make informed, responsible decisions Sessions are held virtually for privacy and convenience. Families may choose from the following options: ✔ Essential Session – $50: One 60-minute private session covering foundational sexual health information and guidance ✔ Empowered Session – $75: Includes the full session plus a personalized digital resource guide for continued learning ✔ Comprehensive Session – $100: Includes the session, a 30-minute follow-up, and additional digital tools to support ongoing education and awareness Parental consent is required for all sessions. Group sessions for schools, organizations, or community programs are available upon request through the Speaker Request Form. Let’s ensure teens have the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to make safe, empowered choices.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your time and well-being are important to us, and so is ours. To ensure we can offer focused, intentional care to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Booking fees are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your session. In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new booking fee will apply. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule. No refunds are issued for missed appointments. Emergencies In the case of an emergency beyond your control, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. However, booking fees remain non-refundable. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring these policies, which help us maintain a respectful, balanced experience for everyone.
