This strategic self-care session is designed to help you create a realistic, intentional self-care blueprint tailored to your actual life. No fluff. No guilt. No vague advice. Just clarity, structure, and direction. This is not coaching or emotional processing. This is strategy. During this session, we will: ✔ Identify where self-care is currently missing and what’s getting in the way ✔ Map out realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle and responsibilities ✔ Design a personalized self-care plan that prioritizes your time, energy, and well-being You’ll leave with a clear roadmap you can actually follow — not another list you feel bad about ignoring. Investment: $95 Held virtually for your convenience. Sis, choosing yourself doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. It just needs a plan.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your time and well-being are important to us, and so is ours. To ensure we can offer focused, intentional care to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Booking fees are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your session. In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new booking fee will apply. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule. No refunds are issued for missed appointments. Emergencies In the case of an emergency beyond your control, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. However, booking fees remain non-refundable. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring these policies, which help us maintain a respectful, balanced experience for everyone.
