Service Description
She Reclaims is a private, 1-on-1 womb wellness session for adult women (20+) who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, release shame or disconnection, and reclaim authority over their womb health and self-care. This is an individual session for one woman only — not a group experience. The session is grounded in womb and vaginal wellness education, body awareness, boundaries, and intentional self-connection. It is held in a sacred, judgment-free space designed to support clarity, confidence, and respectful care of the womb. This is not therapy, not medical treatment, and not explicit sexual content. It is an educational and reflective experience centered on empowerment, self-trust, and grown-woman wellness. During your private session, we will explore: ✔ Womb and vaginal wellness education ✔ Body awareness and reconnection practices ✔ Boundaries, consent, and self-trust ✔ Releasing shame, fear, or misinformation ✔ Creating intentional womb-centered self-care rituals This session is ideal for women seeking grounded, private support in reconnecting with their bodies and prioritizing womb wellness without guilt or apology.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your time and well-being are important to us, and so is ours. To ensure we can offer focused, intentional care to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Booking fees are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your session. In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new booking fee will apply. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule. No refunds are issued for missed appointments. Emergencies In the case of an emergency beyond your control, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. However, booking fees remain non-refundable. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring these policies, which help us maintain a respectful, balanced experience for everyone.
